Create Your 2023 Vision with Nick Kosko
In This Episode:
There is a lot going on in the world right now, and it is easy to blame a lack of progress on external factors. The timing isn’t right, or interest rates are too high or there are no opportunities. But there are always opportunities, you just need to change your perception and stop making excuses. If you can’t visualize your future, you can’t have it. But creating a vision and pursuing it instead of giving up on it can have immeasurable gains.
This week, Jim and Nick are talking about the unbelievable power of the mind. Whether you think the world is bad, prices are too high, or any other obstacle you have put in your narrative, remember that everything is overcomeable. As Viktor Frankl once said, you have to find optimism in tragedy. Maintain optimism, even in the worst tragedy and you will succeed. The key to happiness is progress, and if you are not making progress, you are declining.
If you don’t feel like you are making progress because you can’t find deals or believe there are no opportunities, don’t miss this week’s episode. Jim shares why you are always ready to take the next step and the one thing you have to remember when it comes to creating a vision. Learn the difference between living in the gap and the gain, how to measure progress based on where you came from, and why there are always opportunities, you just need to open your mind to them. Now is the time to draw up your 2023 vision. There are around 12 weeks left of 2022, what are you going to do with them?
